With “Love Me,” I hope to draw attention to the value of endangered plants that exist only in limited regions of Korea. Just as people are drawn to the variety of flowers commonly found in shops, I wish for this rare native species, known as Kolimalbaldori (Hydrangea serrata var. angustata), to be noticed, appreciated, and loved. Through this work, I invite viewers to look beyond the familiar and recognize the fragile beauty of the overlooked.
